The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) active registered account on the Platform at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or via proxy — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card number (NRIC) or passport number, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. urus88a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. urus88a is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad) or passport (both sides), proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding the identification document. Verification is a one-time requirement and is completed within 24–48 hours under normal circumstances.
urus88a supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, ETH). All real-money transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency deposits.
The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. Standard minimum is RM30 for most bank transfer and e-wallet methods. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are subject to network minimums and are displayed at the time of deposit.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your account are free from any criminal origin and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. urus88a reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that trigger anti-money laundering (AML) thresholds under applicable regulations.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay) are credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations (typically 1–3 confirmations depending on the network).
To submit a withdrawal request, your account must satisfy all of the following conditions: (a) KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been fully met; (c) the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limit; and (d) your account is in good standing with no active fraud investigation or policy violation.

All bonuses, promotions, free credits, and loyalty rewards offered by urus88a are subject to specific terms attached to each offer in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier for each offer is displayed prominently at the point of bonus selection. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live table games typically contribute 10%–20%.
While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per game round or sports selection is capped. Exceeding the maximum bet restriction while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings without notice.
Bonus funds that are not wagered through within the stated expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation) will be automatically forfeited without compensation. The expiry date for each active bonus is visible in your account Bonus Wallet.
urus88a reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if we reasonably suspect or determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or employing low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Such conduct may also result in permanent account termination.
urus88a reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any game, sports betting market, or event from the Platform at any time and without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to slot titles, live dealer tables, sports events, esports markets, and virtual games. No compensation shall be due to Users for any such removal or modification.
In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or error in any game or betting system, all affected bets or game rounds shall be considered void. urus88a will attempt to restore affected sessions where technically feasible. Any payouts resulting from an obvious system error are not valid and will not be honoured. urus88a shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to technical malfunction.
All sports wagers — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and esports events — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport or competition as published on the relevant betting page. Pre-match odds are subject to change before the event starts. In-play (live) odds are updated in real time and all accepted in-play bets are binding at the odds at which they were confirmed.
A bet is only confirmed and valid once the Platform has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity failure, session timeout, or system error are considered void and any deducted stake amounts will be returned to the account balance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, urus88a, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
urus88a's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or personal injury caused by urus88a's negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
